He also made 501 for Warwickshire against Durham remains highest individual score in first class cricket. It is assume that this record is not breakable. He made 28 runs off an over by Robin Peterson of South Africa in 2003.That means he made record of scoring most run in a single over in test cricket.For his performance he got many award.In the bigging of his carer he got the Wisden Leading Cricketer in the World awards in 1994and 1995.He is also first Caribbean batsman to have scored more than 10000 runs in Test cricket.He is one of the three cricketers to receive the prestigious BBC Overseas Sports Personality of the Year.
